Responsibilities:

岗位职责 | Core Job Responsibilities

1. 针对中东、独联体、印度、欧洲、东南亚等海外区域,制定PLC、I/O模块销售策略以达成业绩目标;开发原始设备制造商(OEM)、系统集成商及终端客户,维护核心客户关系;分析行业趋势,完成市场定位。
1. Develop sales strategies for PLCs, I/O modules in overseas regions (Middle East, CIS, India, Europe, Southeast Asia) to hit sales targets. Develop OEMs, integrators and end-users, maintain key accounts. Analyze industry trends for market positioning.
2. 挖掘客户需求,提供产品选型与系统集成方案建议;协同技术团队完成技术方案、产品演示及咨询答疑工作。
2. Understand customer needs, provide product selection and integration advice. Support technical solutions, demos and inquiries with the tech team.
3. 搭建并管理当地经销商网络,提供培训与业务支持,监控渠道业绩表现。
3. Build and manage local distributor network, offer training and support. Oversee channel sales performance.
4. 配合市场部门开展本地化推广活动;向产品团队反馈客户需求及竞品信息。
4. Work with marketing on localized promotions. Report customer needs and competitor intelligence to the product team.


Qualifications:

任职要求 | Job Qualifications

1. 学历:自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
2. 经验:3-7年工业自动化领域销售经验,需具备PLC、DCS、I/O模块相关从业经历。
2. Experience: 3-7 years sales experience in industrial automation (PLC, DCS, I/O modules required).
3. 资源:拥有中东、独联体、印度、欧洲、东南亚等区域制造业客户资源者优先。
3. Resources: Overseas manufacturing customer resources (covering Middle East, CIS, India, Europe, Southeast Asia) preferred.
4. 语言:英语流利;掌握马来语、泰语、阿拉伯语、俄语等小语种者优先。
4. Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages (Malay, Thai, Arabic, Russian, etc.) is a plus.
5. 专业技能:熟悉PLC编程、I/O配置及工业通讯协议。
5. Technical Skills: Familiar with PLC programming, I/O configuration and industrial communication protocols.
6. 综合能力:具备市场分析、商务谈判及合同管理能力。
6. Competencies: Capable of market analysis, negotiation and contract management.
7. 执行力:可独立规划并落地区域市场策略。
7. Execution: Able to independently plan and execute regional market strategies.
