Key Responsibilities:
1. Expanding Sales Channels: Responsible for expanding and managing international sales channels and partners (immigration agencies, law firms, family offices, etc) in English and Russian-speaking markets.
2. Direct Client Consulting: Serve as a direct client advisor, providing professional consultation and closing sales with high-net-worth clients from targeted regions.
3. Market Strategy: Analyze regional market trends and immigration policy changes, formulate strategic sales plans, and drive team performance.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
1. Location: Currently living in Beijing, China or is willing to move to Beijing, China if employed.
2. Language Proficiency: Business fluency in English is required. Russian language and Mandarin skills are preferred (native or professional working proficiency).
2. Background: Working/living experience in English speaking countries and Russian language speaking countries are preferred.
3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in immigration consultancy, overseas real estate, education consultancy, or financial services.
4. Skills: Strong business acumen, result-oriented, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
