We are looking for a committed and communicative personality as an International After-Sales Service (m/f/d). In this position, you are responsible for supporting our international customers after the sale, processing inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in an international environment and make a significant contribution to building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for overseas project on-site installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of PV inverters and PV systems.
2. Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for PV inverters and PV systems.
3. Provide remote or on-site support to overseas local engineers or service partners to deliver solutions on time.
4. Provide feedback of on-site information and customers’ suggestions to the company.
5. Record and fill out after-sales work.
6. Support in-house related work.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
2. Troubleshooting skills.
3. Good knowledge of PV inverters and PV systems.
4. Familiar with PV system products.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good team work spirit; open, active, independent, confident.
7. 3 years or above working experience in after-sales area for inverters or UPS or a related field.
8. Willing to travel frequently both domestically and internationally.
9. The ability to communicate in both oral and written English is essential.
10. Priority for applicants who have overseas service experience.
