Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.Manage end-to-end transformer projects; establish and maintain project plans and key milestones
2.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution; maintain effective communication with domestic and international clients
3.Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and service to ensure seamless execution
4.Organize project reviews and lessons learned; drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation,sales, or related field
2.2+ years of project management experience
3.Proficient in project planning, risk management, cost control, and change management; skilled in Microsoft Office and MS Project
4.Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken); able to lead English meetings and communicate with international clients independently
