Changchun Gold Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CGRI) was established in 1958 and is affiliated with China National Gold Group Co., Ltd.（The only central state-owned enterprise in China's gold industry）. It is a national-level research institution dedicated to the fundamental theories of the gold industry, as well as the research and development of gold engineering technology. CGRI operates primarily in technology development, technology transfer, technical services, and technical consulting, focusing on the research and development of new processes, new technologies, new products, and new materials, with the goal of industrializing scientific and technological achievements.

Undertake R&D work related to mining technology, including project implementation plan writing, process flow diagramming, numerical simulation, laboratory testing, industrial trials, and report writing.
