We are looking for a Ukrainian or Russian to join our team as Business Assistant to the Chairman. In this role, you will work closely with the Chairman and the Chinese team to facilitate cross-cultural communication, document handling, and relationship management in China and Africa.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Chairman with business documents, meetings, and daily communication.
• Supporting the Chinese team in maintaining local political and business relationships.
• Helping with project follow-up and cross-cultural coordination.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (with valid graduation certificate and degree certificate).
• Native speaker of Ukrainian/Russian; Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong learning ability, adaptable to cross-cultural environments, with good communication and stress management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
• Previous experience living or studying in China.
• Prior business work experience.
