Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the technical support and commissioning of mechanical equipment in overseas projects, and resolve on-site technical issues.
2. Communicate professionally and efficiently with overseas clients, accurately understand their requirements, and provide technical solutions.
3. Participate in the entire project validation process, provide timely feedback on problems, control validation milestones, and issue risk warnings.
4. Be in charge of the optimal design and improvement of equipment mechanical structures to enhance the stability of equipment under different environmental conditions.
5. Compile technical documents, operation manuals, and training materials, and conduct equipment operation training for overseas clients.
6. Collaborate with the R&D team to translate overseas client feedback into product improvement plans.
7. Be adaptable to overseas business trips and capable of working in different national environments.

Qualifications:
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Target Candidates:
International students from Indian cultural circle countries (Southeast Asia, South Asia, etc.) studying in China, as well as Indian immigrant international students from other European and American countries.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese and Tamil (Indian language) is highly preferred.
Skilled in office software and SolidWorks.
Preferred Nationalities: India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.
Candidates who already hold an Indian visa are given priority.
Work Experience:
Possess basic mechanical knowledge; have certain experience in automated equipment commissioning or laser process commissioning.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to the working environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
Understand the working principles and structural design of automated equipment.
Possess basic electrical knowledge and the ability to understand mechatronic systems.
Personal Qualities:
Affable and quick to learn; possess a strong team spirit.
Proficient in analyzing and solving problems; high overall quality.
Hardworking and resilient, with strong stress tolerance.
Work Location:
Shenzhen, China and overseas (India, etc.)
Benefit:
Annual salary ranges from $20,700 to $27,600 USD (equivalent to 150,000-200,000 RMB). Additional overseas travel allowances are provided for business trips abroad.
