Job Profile:

1. Responsible for completing the new product or now technology to improve product quality.
2. Establish the technical route for the development of liBs.
3. Formulate the company's technology development plan, establish and improve the company's technology system, continuously promote product technology innovation and process standardization, and continuously improve the company's overall technical competitiveness.
4. Recommend and introduce advanced LiBs technology for the company .

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1.PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Condensed Matter Physics, or a closely related field
2.Demonstrated background in materials synthesis/processing and electrochemistry
3.Experience with x-ray diffraction characterization
4.Ability to work collaboratively with team members and internal/external colleagues
5.Skills for effective communications, verbally and through writing
