Responsibilities:

Client Development

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand clients' business models, organisational structures, and hiring plans
Provide recruitment solutions and market insights tailored to client needs
Identify and convert new business opportunities through regular client engagement

Candidate Management

Source, attract, and assess high-quality candidates through multiple channels
Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews
Evaluate candidates' experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit
Build and maintain a strong talent network within your market

Recruitment Delivery

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from assignment briefing to placement
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates
Provide salary benchmarking and hiring market insights
Support offer negotiation, onboarding processes, and post-placement follow-up

Qualifications:

Strong platform with an established client network across multiple industriesClear career progression and performance-driven rewards

Bachelor's degree or above
1-5 years of experience in sales, recruitment, human resources, consulting, or a related field
Outstanding graduates may be considered for an Associate Consultant position
