O’mills is the combination of two words:

All of our bread is made from water and flour,
fermented for 72 hours with the wild yeast from
London.
Stemed from that, we created our classic sourdough
brunch series and specialty sourdough pizzas, along
with English country - style homemade dessert,
fermented drinks and natural wine.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and functions:
- Constantly develop and improve the baking process of international sour dough products
according to the season and the needs of the company, always adhere to the latest
international bread baking technology, ensure the quality, taste and nutritional value of
products, and make R & D files ,complete all products SOPs, and constantly optimize product
quality and ingredients;
- Research international market trends and international benchmarking competitors to
provide innovative product concepts and designs.
- Manage, train and supervise team to ensure product quality and team performance
management to ensure the team work efficiency and team development.
- Coordinate with purchasing, and operation to ensure the smooth operation of product
and supply chain.
- Supervise the process to ensure that products comply with standards and solve problems
and challenges in terms of products.
- Manage product costs and budgets to ensure the work efficiency.
- Conduct market research and customers feedback analysis to improve products and meet
market needs.
- Comply with the company's food safety and hygiene/cleanness standards to ensure product
compliance with regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related major, at least 8 years of overseas baking experience, and
relevant sourdough bread making experience.
- Have deep knowledge and skills of sourdough bread making, familiar with sourdough
making process;
- With team management and leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide team members.
- Innovative thinking and market sense, capable of insight into international baking trends,
capable of providing innovative product concepts and designs.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with different
departments and stakeholders.
- Problem solving and decision making skills, able to make wise decisions under pressure.
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards, able to ensure product compliance with
regulations and standards.
- Good time management and organizational skills, able to manage work in a multi-task
environment.
