Bacha Coffee, officially named 夿萐 Coffee, is a high-end coffee brand originating from Marrakech, Morocco. The brand began in 1910, initially established in the palace of Dar El Bacha, hailed as a model of Moroccan craftsmanship, and once served coffee exclusively to local nobles and social elites. Bacha Coffee has a history of over a century, positioned as a luxury brand, making it a premium brand in the coffee industry. The first store was reopened in Marrakech in 2019, quickly initiating global expansion. It is now part of Singapore's V3 Group, whose CEO is Taha Boucetta. As of April 2025, the brand has opened 31 stores across 12 countries and regions worldwide, with plans to increase the number of global stores to over 100 by 2030. On January 28, 2026, Bacha Coffee's first mainland China store officially opened in the Beijing Guomao Shopping Mall.
Responsibilities:
Customer reception and guidance:
Greet incoming guests with standard etiquette, proactively greet and provide seating guidance services, and combine hotel service experience to introduce the coffee shop environment, specialty drinks, and meals to guests. For foreign guests, communicate proficiently in their native language to ensure the professionalism and familiarity of the service.
Meal delivery and presentation:
Strictly check the meal and order information according to the production standards, ensure that the appearance, temperature, and quantity of the meal meet the requirements, use trays for standardized delivery, pay attention to the beautiful combination of tableware and meal items when placing, and provide dining guidance for customers.
Regional hygiene management:
Responsible for cleaning the desktop, floor, and seats in the service area, regularly cleaning up utensils and garbage after guests have eaten, keeping the coffee shop environment clean and comfortable, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, and ensuring that utensils and cups are disinfected to meet standards.
Customer concern and feedback: Proactively pay attention to the needs of customers during the dining process, timely add drinks, change tableware, collect customers' opinions and suggestions on service and food, record and feedback to higher-level management personnel, and provide reference for service optimization.
Qualifications:
Job requirements:
Age between 18-25 years old, good image, possess good communication skills and service awareness;
Experience in hotel or catering services is preferred;
Those who can use English for basic communication are preferred.
