Langfang Shuyuxinhuan International Trade Co., Ltd. is registered in Langfang, Hebei Province. It is a B2B international trading company specializing in the import of food and agricultural products. The company focuses on developing supply chains in Brazil, Uzbekistan and other countries. Its business covers overseas supplier development, commercial negotiation, order follow-up, customs declaration and inspection, cold chain transportation and the full import process. We are now recruiting an International Trade Sales Specialist to expand overseas markets.

Job Profile:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with meat factories and suppliers in Russia, Brazil, France, the UK and other countries in foreign languages. The specialist will handle the whole sales process including inquiries, quotations, contract negotiation, cold chain logistics and customs documents. Occasional business trips at home and abroad are required for food exhibitions and overseas factory visits.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with meat factories and suppliers in Russia, Brazil, France, the United Kingdom and other countries using foreign languages.

- Follow up inquiries, quotations, contract terms, cold chain logistics and customs declaration documents.

- Travel domestically and internationally on behalf of the company to attend food exhibitions and visit overseas factories.

Qualifications:

- Able to adapt to long-term business trips (several weeks per trip).

- Native Portuguese speaker (Brazilian candidates preferred), or native Russian speaker (candidates from Uzbekistan and other CIS countries preferred).

- Able to read and write in English, capable of sending emails and making calls in English.

- Prior experience in food and agricultural product import or B2B foreign trade documentary follow-up; familiarity with customs declaration, cold chain and quarantine certificates is preferred.

- Proactive personality, capable of independently developing overseas clients and following up quotations, not merely working as an interpreter.

Benefit:

Salary: RMB 6,000 per month during the two-month probation period, and RMB 8,000 per month after confirmation. The company will contribute the employer’s portion of social insurance in accordance with relevant laws. A fully furnished single apartment with kitchen, washing machine, heating and 24-hour hot water is provided for free, and all water and electricity costs are covered by the company. Travel allowance is offered: RMB 200 per day for domestic trips and USD 40–60 per day for overseas trips. Round-trip airfare and accommodation expenses are reimbursed against actual invoices. Performance commission is available at 0.5%–1% of the value of import orders, payable in the current month or after payment collection.
