Responsibilities:

1. Consult with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for improvements and growth of the supply-chain network
2. Coordinate and monitor transportation of cargo from origin to final destination, domestic and international
3. Generate shipping documentation for domestic and international freight
4. Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
5. Coordinate with customs clearing affiliates to help process imports and exports
6. Communicate, report and support high volume customer accounts to eliminate constraints and meet objectives, and maintain excellent relationships.
7. Develop performance metrics to manage and evaluate the operating performance of internal supply chain resources and external supply chain partner collaboration model.
8. Manage organizational goals by considering in time, budget and Business Unit objectives
9. Provide oversight for budgetary, scheduling, and report regularly to senior managers about progress, plans, and problems that could impact operations
10. Able to write and communicate proficiently in English

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
2. 3+ Years of experience in logistics (Import, Export, Domestics)
3. In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
4. Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse management software.
5. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, coordination and organizational abilities.
