Job Profile:

Kastamonu Italy is looking for a Sales Representative based in China
We are part of Kastamonu Entegre group, Turkey’s largest wood panel producer and also one of the world’s leading wood panel producers.
As Sales Representative you report directly to our Sales&Marketing Director and you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and providing solutions tailored to clients' needs.
You will also collaborate with internal Sales back Office Team to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer risks, track payment, follow-up and check orders, perform customer analysis and take part in the selection of new customers.
• Achieve the sales objectives assigned, prepare sales reports.
• Take an active role in optimal solution processes with all departments, organize sales activities at certain times with our factories operating in the region;
• Periodic visits to dealers and customers, to determine customer and market needs, develop solutions to needs, strengthen relationships, identify new customers and dealers to determine appropriate working conditions and communicate with Management. ;
• Ensure that all customer complaints are archived and forwarded to the appropriate persons, inform customers of this or arrange for them to be informed.market study and reports
• To conduct and update a very detailed market study for the products in the portfolio of Kastamonu (Particleboard, MDF, laminate floorings), considering all local producers/ importers, etc. by using all sources available.
• send weekly activity and visit reports to Sales and Marketing Director.
• facilitates the relationship between chinese customers and HQ


Qualifications:

• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Customer Relationship Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast- environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Degree in Business Administration or related field will be a plus
