Houhai English is an English reading institution in Beijing, China, founded in 2012. We provide high-quality small group ESL classes taught by International teachers for pre-teens and teenagers. Our foreign ESL teachers break through students' comprehensive English ability by improving their reading ability and helping them master advanced English through 17-level courses. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Maximum of 120 hours a month - 30 working hours per week, including teaching, training, and meetings. (NO office hours required)
• Class size: maximum of 15 students per class
• Student age: 6 to 16 years old
• Plan lessons and classroom activities
• Assist in school’s promotional events
• Attend staff meetings and teacher training
Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• TESOL/TEFL certificate 120 hours plus or teaching certification
• Due to local visa regulations, ONLY native English speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa
• 1 year of relevant teaching experience preferred
• A clean criminal record check
• Professional, positive, and culturally aware
• Energetic, friendly, and hard-working
• At the moment, only applicants located in China will be considered
