Responsibilities:
•Identify, approach, and onboard lighting manufacturing companies in China as ERP clients.
•Build partnerships and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.
•Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for potential clients.
•Collect feedback and communicate market insights to the management team
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding and retention.
•Represent the company in exhibitions and trade shows, showcasing ERP capabilities and building brand awareness.
•Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
•2+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or technology solutions.
•Experience or familiarity with the lighting industry is a strong plus.
•Strong experience in attending and participating in exhibitions and trade shows.
•Must be a Chinese national, living in China, with intermediate English proficiency and willingness to travel for client visits or trade shows.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
