Responsibilities
Production Process Learning & Management: Systematically learn the entire production flow, assist with production scheduling and quality control.
Cross-departmental Rotation Practice: Rotate from frontline to management positions to lay a solid foundation.
Problem Coordination & Improvement: Follow up on quality, delivery and personnel issues in a timely manner, and put forward improvement suggestions based on practical operation.
Data Statistics & Analysis: Understand production data and assist in analyzing production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Requirements
Relevant experience in garment industry, Bachelor’s degree or above.
Proficient in Chinese (for daily work communication) and basic English.
Familiar with sewing technology and basic garment knowledge.
Hard-working, willing to work on the frontline, with personal guidance from senior management.
