Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote recruitment services

Manage social media accounts (WeChat, LinkedIn, Red, etc.)

Create engaging content (posts, videos, ads) to attract job seekers and clients

Track marketing performance and suggest improvements

Collaborate with the recruitment team to support candidate sourcing campaigns

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing (please share portfolio or examples)

Familiarity with China's social media and digital marketing landscape

Creative, self-motivated, and results-driven

Basic English or Chinese communication skills (depending on target audience)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
