Middle School Drama Teacher
We are an IB international school invested by Suzhou Guanghua Group (established in 1999) with an early years center, kindergarten, primary school, middle school, and high school. Our school covers a land area of 100,000 square meters with first-class facilities, including an equestrian center, digital studio, aviation classroom, ski hall, libraries, reading rooms, dance studios, fencing hall, art classrooms, piano classrooms, orchestra rehearsal room, carpentry workshops, Chinese culture hall, swimming pool, black box theatre, cafe, and more than 40 functional venues. Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development & Instruction: Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with active learning methodologies. Develop schemes of work, assessments, and tests in accordance with school standards.
2. Classroom Management: Establish and enforce behavioral expectations to maintain a respectful and productive classroom environment. Implement school policies and disciplinary systems consistently.
3. Student Support & Evaluation: Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to support their academic and artistic growth. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and development.
4. Collaboration & Engagement: Actively participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 2 years of teaching experience;
3. Language proficiency: 120 TEFLTESOUCETTA is required;
4. Experience in IB school with a relevant certificate would be preferred;
5. Speaks English at an idiomatic level
6. clean criminal background
