Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1、Market Research & AnalysisProactively understand market trends, competitor dynamics and customer needs. Conduct market research and analysis to provide data support for the formulation of sales strategies.
2、Sales Strategy DevelopmentFormulate sales plans and strategies based on market research and analysis results. Define sales targets, sales channels, marketing plans and other related content to ensure effective and sustainable product sales.
3、New Client Prospecting & DevelopmentActively explore and develop new clients, establish and maintain client relationships, and expand market share and influence through market expansion. Identify new customer sources at the initial stage of business development to broaden business growth potential.
4、Negotiation & Contract SigningNegotiate with potential clients on product pricing, cooperation models, cooperation periods, contract terms and other details. Coordinate internal resources for negotiations and finalize contracts to ensure smooth sales execution.
5、Sales Plan ImplementationImplement sales plans, monitor sales progress, update sales records, customer information and business status during the sales process, and conduct continuous client follow-up to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
6、Cross-departmental CoordinationCommunicate and collaborate with internal departments including product development, marketing and quality control to deliver high-quality services and improve customer satisfaction.
7、Client Retention & Customer ServiceMaintain and service existing clients, track business changes, build and sustain positive client relationships, promptly resolve customer issues and address client needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and further expand sales business.


Qualifications:

1、Native English speaker or fluent in oral & written English (no communication barriers); Mandarin listening & speaking skills are highly preferred.
2、Familiar with foreign trade business processes; experience in software development project coordination is preferred.
3、Strong communication and coordination skills.
4、At least 3 years of foreign trade experience.
5、Experience in offline client development via Google is a plus.
