Job Responsibilities: Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
2. Ensure content aligns with the brand image overall marketing strategy.
3. Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
4. Create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor social media analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
5. Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote brand and products.
6. Segment email lists and analyse performance metrics for continuous improvement.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
8. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support marketing strategy.
9. Work closely with sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
10. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
11. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
12. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows.
13. Collaborate with design team or use design tools to create visual content that adheres to brand guidelines.
14. Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
15. Implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility of online content and drive organic traffic.
16. Stay informed about SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
17. Foster relationships with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, collecting feedback, and promoting customer loyalty programs.
18. Monitor online reviews and testimonials, responding appropriately to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in marketing
3. Experience in SEO optimization and Google ads campaigns.
4. Digital, online marketing and international business development.
5. Photo and Video Editing (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred
6. Experience working with overseas social media platforms, such as Linkedin, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram
7. Responsible, punctual, and honest
8. Willing to travel for Exhibitions/Shows within and/or outside China.
