Ring Zhao, founder of Bar Choice, collaborates with Betty Fung, founder of Café Bonbon, to host an exclusive Tea Ceremony With Dessert Pairing suspended 50 metres above ground. Experience heritage tea varieties, custom tea-infused cocktails and handmade pastries crafted by the Le Cordon Bleu culinary artist, capturing oriental tea charm and the leisurely aesthetics of sky dining.
