With just a few steps online, you can manage the entire process online, including booking your port of entry health screening, making payment, and checking your results. Most importantly, the platform now supports downloading the electronic Verification Certificate, allowing you to skip the trip for a paper report and proceed directly with your residence permit application.

Here’s a quick and easy guide to booking your appointment:

Search “AI Hangzhou” in the Alipay app or scan the QR code to enter the mini program. Tap “City Services” then go to the “Services” section, and select “Port of Entry Health Screening.”

Before booking an appointment, you’ll need to log in and fill in your basic information. Then select “Entry Physical Examination for Residence Permit” and complete your personal details. After that, you can choose whether to add any additional tests if required. If there’s any information you’re unsure about, you can enter “N/A.”

Once everything is filled in, select your preferred appointment time, confirm how you’d like to receive the paper report (if needed), provide your email, and choose your payment method. After confirming all details, your booking will be complete.

On the day of your appointment, simply use the QR code generated during booking to check in at the self-service machine and wait for your turn.
