Activities
Our co-curricular activities (CCA) programme is an integral and compulsory part of the school day. Pupils create a be-spoke timetable choosing from a wide range of activities including sport, performing arts, enrichment activities and an academic selection. Pupils also have time for self-study during their CCA time. Further activities are available in the evenings and weekends through the Wellington Academy.
Scholarships
Wellington recognises and rewards the pursuit and achievement of excellence of our pupils in the categories of Academics, Music, Drama, Dance, Sports and Musical Theatre. Awarded scholars play a significant role in the life of the college and must show a high degree of ability in their chosen field whilst also demonstrating leadership in the encouragement of non-scholarship holding pupils. Many of the awarded scholarships provide free tuition or coaching and other benefits for the pupils. In addition, awards may be complemented by a Bursary on the basis of a means test.
