Confirmation Form for Accepting Foreign Students Studying in China by Educational Institutions at the Basic Education Stage

lf foreian students studying in the primary anosecondary schools (including kindergartens) otour city cannot obtain a dependent visa. the!can apply for the Confirmation Form througNaniing Municipal Education Bureay (NMEBand then apply for a study residence permfrom the exit-entry administration authority.
The application process is as follows:
1.The documents review
Please send the following documents toNMEB's email (iw202naniing@126.com)Enrollment Certificate issued by the receivingschool, first page of the student's passport,the valid visa page, first page of both parentspassports, and the valid visa pages. Scan allthese documents into a single PDF file.NMEand the exit-entry administration authority wilreview the materials successively.
2.The form completion
After the approval. NMEB will send a templateof JW202 Form and its number to the parent'semail. Please input the relevant information ola computer and print four copies of the form.Ensure to accurately fill in the name, passportnumber, date of birth, and other information strictly according to the passport.
3. Stamping and Mailing of the form
Please bring four copies of the form to bestamped successively by the receiving schoceducation bureau of the districts.and NMEBThe responsible person from the receivingschool should stamp the admission section otthe pages 2.3.and 4. lf the student is enrollecin a school that accepts many foreian student!
(e.g., schools for international children) the parents can directly come to NMEB fostamping after obtaining the signature ancstamp from the receiving school. Expressmail all the stamped materials to the Jiangs Provincial Department of Education. Includea prepaid return express waybill (with thereturn address filled in) in the package. 4. Applying for Study Residence Permit
Parents should bring the Confirmation Form for Elementary Stage Students Study in China stamped by the Provincial Departmen of Education and other applicatic imaterial to apply for a study residence permit at the Municipal Public Security Bureay's Exit-Entr Administration Department (No.173 Baixia Road),(Visa ingyiry hotline for foreianers: +80 25 84420005)
