The Radiance

The Radiance brings together thirteen artists to explore the luminous world of mineral pigment painting, a medium rooted in natural materials and centuries of tradition. From bold visual impact to quiet technical mastery, the exhibition traces its evolution through teaching, research, and cross-cultural exchange. All participating artists hail from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, with many now shaping the next generation. Their works reflect both deep heritage and fresh experimentation, bridging classical technique with contemporary themes.
