Household Registration for Talent
 Available for:  
talent with junior-college degree or above or with vocational and technical qualifications of junior workers and above, their spouses and underage children.
 Qualifications:  
One of the following conditions must be met:
1. High-level talent at or above the municipal (prefectural) level, holders of doctoral-degree or senior professional titles;
2. Maximum age: 50 for Master's degree holders, 45 for bachelor's degree holders, and 40 for junior college and technical college/school graduates;
3. Maximum age: 55 for holders of deputy senior professional titles and senior technicians, 45 for holders of intermediate professional titles and technicians,  40 for holders of junior professional titles and senior workers, and 35 for intermediate and junior workers;
4. Students in higher education institutions and graduating students in technical colleges and schools.
 Benefits:  
Talent and their spouses and underage children can register households in Qingdao at any time.
 Process:  
1. The talent needs to log in to the “Qingdao Talent Website” (http://rc.qingdao.gov.cn) or “Qingdao Talent” WeChat official account for application;
2. After passing the online review, the talent can register a household at the local police station of the place of settlement.
