Panda Cable Park

Recently, the Panda Cable Park at Sancha Lake International Aquatics Center in Chengdu Eastern New Area has officially opened to the public. Featuring three water sports—cable wakeboarding, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing—the park caters to professional athletes and offers a fun and accessible experience for complete beginners.

Located next to Ma’anshan Wharf on Sancha Lake, the park served as the competition venue for cable wakeboarding at The World Games 2025 Chengdu and is now open to residents and visitors. The park’s total water area exceeds 200 mu.

“Hot Snow Big Air”
The “Hot Snow Big Air”, Chengdu’s new skiing landmark, is expected to open between May and June. Located next to Chengdu Bonski, the facility will work in close coordination with the existing indoor real-snow ski venue upon completion to present Chengdu’s first integrated ski resort combining both real-snow and dry slopes.

The “Hot Snow Big Air” spans 20,000 square meters and plans to feature eight dry ski jumps of varying gradients and specifications. Designed with accessibility and safety in mind, the venue aims to lower the entry barrier to ice and snow sports and cater to a wide range of skiers, from complete beginners to professional athletes.

“Journey Back to Mount Qingcheng” Performance Park

On April 1, the “Journey Back to Mount Qingcheng” Performance Park, Sichuan’s first benchmark project for immersive performances, officially opened in Dujiangyan, Chengdu. Adopting an innovative model that integrates culture, performances, and entertainment, the project fills a gap in Sichuan’s tourism landscape for large-scale real-scene performances combined with all-weather immersive interactive experiences. It aims to bring visitors a brand-new consumption scenario.

The “Journey Back to Mount Qingcheng” Performance Park is presented by Sunac Resort. It features two top-class real-scene performances, “Journey Back to Mount Qingcheng” and “Ma Chao Guards Dujiangyan”, alongside four themed parades—the Chinese-style Xianxia (immortal heroes), the Giant Golden Horse, the Flower Queen, and Pandas. Over 100 interactive ambient performances are presented on average every day.
