I. Domestic Arrival

Arrival Hall:

1. Passengers with Checked Baggage: Passengers with checked baggage should follow the on-site signage and flight information displays to proceed to the Baggage Claim Hall on Level L1 to retrieve their checked baggage.
2. Passengers without Checked Baggage: Passengers without checked baggage may exit through the "No Checked Baggage" channel on Level L2 of the terminal.

Damaged Baggage:

1. Upon confirming that your baggage is damaged, immediately proceed to the Baggage Inquiry Office near the baggage claim carousel. Have the baggage inquiry staff confirm the damage and register it for further processing.
2. If you have already left the airport and cannot make an in-person inquiry, please call the airport baggage inquiry hotline at 86-532-67892131, or contact the airline's official customer service for assistance.

Exit:

Passengers may leave the airport through the terminal exits.

II  International Arrival

Arrival Hall:

1. Passengers arriving on international flights at airbridge-connected stands should proceed from Level L2 to the joint inspection area for entry procedures.
2. Passengers arriving on international flights at remote stands should first take the shuttle bus to the International Remote Stands Arrival Hall, then take the elevator to the joint inspection area for entry procedures.

Entry Inspection:

Passenger Information

1.  Immigration Inspection Procedures: Passengers on international departure (or arrival) flights must present their valid international travel documents (including passports and other substitute documents) and visas (including residence permits and entry permits) to the immigration inspection station for verification before they are permitted to exit (or enter) the country. In addition, foreign nationals entering China are required to have their fingerprints and other biometric information collected and verified. Departing passengers must also present their boarding passes to the immigration officers.
2.  Entry/Exit Registration Cards: When passing through immigration inspection, all passengers must fill out the Entry/Exit Registration Card truthfully, except for mainland residents, Hong Kong residents, Macau residents, and Taiwan residents who are exempt from this requirement. The cards are available at the card-filling counters in the waiting hall.
3.  Regulations on Carrying Weapons for Entry/Exit: Passengers carrying weapons for entry or exit must apply to the relevant authorities in advance. When passing through immigration inspection, they must truthfully declare the weapons to the immigration inspection station and complete the relevant procedures with the approval documents from the relevant authorities.

Customs Inspection

(1) "Declaration" Channel (also known as the "Red Channel") Clearance

• Passengers should take the Red Channel if they are carrying:
• Animals, plants, and their products; microorganisms, biological products, human tissues, blood, and blood products;
• Items acquired overseas by resident passengers with a total value exceeding RMB 5,000;
• Items intended to be left in China by non-resident passengers with a total value exceeding RMB 2,000;
• Alcoholic beverages (above 12% alcohol by volume) exceeding 1,500 ml, or more than 400 cigarettes, or more than 100 cigars, or more than 500 grams of tobacco;
• Cash in RMB exceeding 20,000 yuan, or foreign currency cash exceeding the equivalent of 5,000 USD;
• Separately shipped baggage, cargo, samples, or advertising materials;
• Other items that require customs declaration.

(2) Prohibited Articles for Entry into the People's Republic of China

• All kinds of weapons, imitation weapons, ammunition, and explosive devices;
• Counterfeit currency and counterfeit securities;
• Printed matter, films, photographs, records, films, audio tapes, video tapes, laser discs, computer storage media, gambling chips, and other items that are harmful to China's politics, economy, culture, or morality;
• All kinds of virulent poisons;
• Opium, morphine, heroin, cannabis, and other narcotics and psychotropic substances that can cause addiction;
• Animals, plants, and their products carrying dangerous pathogens, pests, or other harmful organisms;
• Food, medicines, or other items from epidemic areas that are harmful to human or animal health, or that may transmit diseases.

(3) Restricted Articles for Entry into the People's Republic of China

• Radio transceivers and communication encryption devices;
• Tobacco and alcohol;
• Endangered and precious animals and plants (including specimens) and their seeds and breeding materials;
• National currency;
• Microorganisms, biological products, blood and blood products, human genetic materials, controlled knives, satellite television receiving equipment, and other items restricted by Chinese customs.

(4) Passengers from Yellow Fever Epidemic Areas

• Passengers arriving from yellow fever epidemic areas must present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate to the customs upon entry. Chinese citizens intending to reside abroad for one year or more must hold a health certificate issued by the customs. Chinese citizens who have resided abroad for one year or more must declare their health status to the customs upon entry.

Exit:

Passengers proceed to the designated exit to leave.
