
Summer Palace, a Michelin Guide Selected Restaurant invites a celebrated Shunde chef to curate an authentic Cantonese menu highlighting the core culinary traits of Shunde cuisine: light, fresh, crisp, tender and silky. Ten signature dishes are available throughout the promotion, including translucent raw Shunde fish, silky fish maw soup, inventive boneless fish stir-fried with beef, crispy stuffed fish skin prawn cakes, creamy fried milk and ginger milk pudding. Seasonal summer specialties braised duck with bamboo shoots and hairy melon with crab roe capture the bright sweetness of seasonal produce and rich river seafood aroma.
