611 Service Stations for Express Delivery Workers Put into Use in Changsha

The 611 newly built stations include 11 provincial-level demonstration stations and 600 municipal-level standard stations. With coordinated efforts from provincial and municipal postal administrations, Changsha has adhered to the principles of revitalizing existing resources, improving quality and efficiency, and ensuring long-term operation. By renovating and upgrading existing courier outlets, the city has rapidly expanded the caring service network in a low-cost, highly efficient, and sustainable manner.

Each station is uniformly equipped with essential amenities, including air conditioning, seats, drinking water dispensers, and charging outlets. They consistently provide thoughtful services such as warmth in winter, cool in summer, water when thirsty, and rest when tired. This effectively addresses the practical challenges faced by outdoor workers—namely, the difficulties of finding drinking water, taking a break, charging devices, and accessing restrooms—thus creating a welcoming urban service station for outdoor workers.
