Chef Ferran presents a one-time-only RMB399 brunch set featuring seven tasting dishes inspired by the Spanish capital's hearty cooking and tapas culture.
Start with crisp Torrezno de Soria, followed by Soldaditos de Pavía, piquillo peppers stuffed with braised beef cheek, and huevos rotos with jamón ibérico. 
At the heart of the menu: a traditional Cocido Madrileño and a slow-braised oxtail with foie gras, finished with Torrijas and cinnamon-lemon ice cream.
The experience begins with a welcome drink at 11.30am, followed by lunch from 12 noon.
