has entered a new phase of preparation for its operation;

A New Shopping Park Coming to Chengdu

Recently, Chengdu Airport City Development Group and Yintai Business Management Group signed an operation agreement in Chengdu for the Yintai inPARK project at Plot 3, Area B, Yixin Lake. The signing marks the start of a new phase of preparation for the operation of the first Yintai inPARK in southwestern China, bringing a new shopping park to Chengdu. The commercial complex, with a total floor area of approximately 215,000 square meters, is expected to be fully completed in 2028.

The project will deeply integrate lakeside ecological landscapes, urban green spaces, and business offerings into an innovative open and immersive consumption scenario featuring a three-in-one model of “district + mall + park”.
POP MART’s First Flagship Store in Southwestern China Opens
On July 24, a POP MART flagship store opened at Chengdu IFS. Located on the first floor and covering approximately 700 square meters, the store is POP MART’s first flagship store in southwestern China. Since its trial opening, it has attracted a large number of visitors seeking a unique shopping experience.

The store’s design deeply incorporates distinctive Chengdu elements, with bamboo motifs featured throughout the space. It presents a seamless blend of POP MART’s trendy toy IPs and Chengdu’s city character.
Freshippo Neighbor Business Debuts in Southwestern China with
First Six Stores Opening in Chengdu

Recently, Freshippo’s affordable community supermarket brand Neighbor Business has officially entered the southwestern China market. The first six stores are now open in Chengdu’s Chenghua District, Pidu District, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, and Chongzhou City.

Freshippo Neighbor Business, positioned as a community supermarket, covers approximately 600 to 800 square meters and offers a curated selection of around 1,500 products. It aims to meet community residents’ everyday shopping needs within a convenient walking distance.

In recent years, Chengdu has continued to advance the development of “15-minute convenient life circles” and bring more convenient everyday services to residents’ doorsteps.
