Citywide Art Celebration: Beijing Art Season Is Coming!

The Beijing Art Season is coming soon and will run from May 21 to June 15!

This year's Art Season is themed around " Art Gathers in Beijing, Harmony Embraces All ", with the Gallery Weekend Beijing and the Beijing Dangdai Art Fair as its two core events. It will encompass more than 400 sessions of special events, in collaboration with the art districts, museums, and professional galleries across the city, as well as hundreds of art institutions from nearly 20 countries. For the first time, an ecosystem will be developed to link together the primary gallery market and the secondary auction market, with participation from four leading auction houses: the China Guardian Auctions, the Beijing Poly International Auction, Sungari, and Cuppar.

The 10th Gallery Weekend Beijing will be held from May 22 to 31, and the public can see exhibitions, partake in the Up & Coming Sector, watch films, join talks and participate in other events from May 26 to 31. Beijing Dangdai Art Fair, bringing together 143 participating galleries and other institutions, will run from May 21 to 24 at Hall 11 of the National Agricultural Exhibition Center, and open to the public from May 23 to 24.

A special 10th-anniversary pass for Gallery Weekend Beijing will also be launched, granting access to 15 exhibitions at top art institutions including UCCA Center for Contemporary Art, 798CUBE, MACA Art Center, Wind H Art Center, Red Brick Art Museum, Song Art Museum, Louis Vuitton Beijing Espace, Taikang Art Museum, X Museum, and Inside-Out Art Museum.

At the same time, the Art Season will partner with Alipay Tap and Amber PASS to launch an exclusive interactive check-in campaign. Participants can follow designated routes and collect stamps at the participating venues. Additionally, 2,000 limited-edition NFC ticket stubs for the Art Season will be available for free collection at the officially designated service locations.

Event Rules :

Each participant will receive one lucky draw opportunity after completing check-ins at three venues along the same route.

An additional lucky draw opportunity will be awarded upon completing all check-ins along the entire route.
