Gua Liang Fen

Gua Liang Fen, or cold bean-jelly noodles, is a famous street snack in many parts of Hunan Province and local people usually eat them in Spring and Summer.
The jelly noodles are made from mung bean starch and water. The snack tastes spicy and appetizing flavored with chili oil, sesame oil, minced chives and chopped peanuts and others.
