Recently, Luo Yong, Chairman of Hong Kong Talent Group, led a delegation to visit Hubei Provincial Talent Group. He held in-depth discussions with Xu Dong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hubei Provincial Talent Group, and Peng Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, to co-chart a new blueprint for talent services. Ding Zhen, Executive Deputy General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of Yangtze River High-End Talent Company, also participated in the exchange.
Xu Dong extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Hong Kong Talent Group. He noted that Hong Kong Talent Group, backed by the motherland and connected to the world, possesses unique advantages in linking global talent, continuously contributing to the development of a vibrant and internationally competitive Greater Bay Area. Hubei, with its prominent strengths in science, education, and talent, as well as strong capabilities in technological innovation, is currently accelerating efforts to build itself into a key strategic pivot for the rise of the central region, in line with the important instructions of the Xi Jingping during the inspection of Hubei. As the market-driven main vehicle for talent work in the province, Hubei Provincial Talent Group is committed to implementing the "Ten, Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand" initiative for strategic talent forces, striving to create a global high-end talent hub where everyone can realize their potential and laying a solid talent foundation for the pivot's development. He expressed hope that both sides could strengthen cooperation and exchanges, leveraging complementary resources to engage in all-round collaboration in strategic planning, business layout, and service system development.
Accompanied by Peng Hong, Luo Yong and his delegation visited the Hubei Talent Exhibition Hall and the Yangtze River International Talent Reception Hall at the Yangtze Talent Building, gaining an in-depth understanding of Hubei’s achievements in talent development and technological innovation, the "Five-in-One" service model of Hubei Provincial Talent Group, and the Yangtze River Doctoral Entrepreneurship Program.
During the discussion, Luo Yong highly recognized the development achievements of Hubei Provincial Talent Group and shared Hong Kong Talent Group’s successful experience in international talent services. Hong Kong, with its high-quality living and working environment for high-end talent, has long served high-end professionals and enterprises, boasting international advantages and a well-established service system. He expressed hope that both sides could deepen cooperation in areas such as overseas talent recruitment, overseas training, and joint cultivation of high-end talent. Peng Hong stated that both parties have a solid foundation for cooperation and will focus on leveraging their combined advantages, conducting in-depth demand alignment, and advancing practical collaboration in fields such as financial talent recruitment, study tours, internships, and campus recruitment. Taking this exchange as an opportunity, both sides will establish a regular communication and cooperation mechanism to promote the implementation of a series of listed collaborative projects.
