Registration: Bring your ID (passport, permanent residence card, etc.) to the hospital outpatient registration window, determine the department to be visited according to your needs, and pay the registration fee in cash or online.

Consultation: After arriving at the consultation room, follow the guide's instructions and proceed in an orderly manner to the consultation room, communicate with the doctor about the condition of the patient and conduct a simple examination, and the doctor will give you the appropriate advice.

Examination: If further examination is needed, the doctor will issue a checklist and then go to the payment window to pay in cash or online;  after payment, you will go to the corresponding examination room for examination, and the staff will notify you of the time to report the results of the examination, so bring the results of the examination to the doctor's office for further communication.

Pick up medication: If you need to buy medicines, go to the payment window to pay in cash or online after the prescription is issued by the doctor, and then go to the pharmacy to collect the medicines by presenting the prescription slip and proof of payment after payment.

Hospitalization: If you need to be hospitalized according to the doctor's recommendation, you will be admitted to the ward of the corresponding department for further treatment.
