This is a separate office from the district-level registration offices listed above.
Regular fixed marriage registration offices operate year-round and handle all marriage-related services (including marriage, divorce, and certificate reissuance).
Roving points and specialty registration points generally operate by appointment only (reservations must be made 2 to 10 working days in advance via the "Ai Shandong" app or the Shandong Provincial Civil Affairs Department website) and typically handle marriage registration only.
Specialty scenic points (such as Cloud Sea Sky, Lover's Dam Lighthouse, and the Film Museum) often have limited operating hours; it is recommended to call ahead to confirm availability.
