Expats, international enterprises or organizations that require lawyers to provide non-litigation legal services shall entrust lawyers holding lawyer’s licenses of the People’s Republic of China to han- dle affairs on behalf of them. The representative offices and the representatives of foreign law firms in Shijiazhuang can only engage in activities that do not involve in Chinese legal affairs. Expats, international enterprises or organizations who bring lawsuits or respond to lawsuits in people’s courts may appoint their own country fellows as the litigation proxy, or appoint their own country’s lawyers as the litigation proxy as non-lawyer personnel; If it is necessary to entrust a lawyer to represent in litigation, the lawyer must be a Chinese.
