On October 12, 2025, China International Service Platform "Charming Xiamen" channel, was officially launched globally. On the same day, at Job Fair for Foreigners（Shanghai） co-hosted by Foreign Talent Research Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) and Shanghai Municipal Talent Work Bureau, Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security introduced this new service channel to talents from around the world, showcasing Xiamen's commitment to attracting talent from around the world.

It is constructed and operated by Foreign Talent Research Center of MOHRSS. The “Charming Xiamen" channel provides one-stop services catering to the comprehensive needs of international professionals in Xiamen, ranging from urban landscape showcases and authoritative policy interpretation to job matching, cultural and educational resource introductions, and local lifestyle discoveries. It also emphasizes sharing authentic experiences through "Stories of International Talent in Xiamen," timely reporting on hot topics such as major international talent exchange events in the city. Additionally, the channel offers advance notices of cultural and recreational activities, job fairs, and various sports events that are popular among the foreign talent community in Xiamen. The "Charming Xiamen" channel helps international talent gain an in-depth understanding of Xiamen from multiple dimensions, constructing a complete picture of working and living in the city, truly achieving "Xiamen at your fingertips."
The China International Service Platform, which hosts the "Charming Xiamen" channel, has become an important bridge for international talent to understand and integrate into China.
