To make the process of handling remuneration foreign exchange transactions more effortless and convenient for foreign workers in Shanghai, the city has launched the highly efficient "FAST PASS" facilitation measures!

In simple terms: the bank review process has been streamlined, allowing foreign talents to enjoy efficient, direct financial services.

How can you obtain this "Pass"? There are two ways:

Employer Application: The employer can apply for the FAST PASS on behalf of foreign employees holding a valid work permit via the Shanghai Foreigner’s Work in China Services System.

Personal Application by the Foreign Employee: If you're an eligible foreign employee, you can directly apply for this convenient measure, provided you have authorization from your employer.
