1.Health Declaration At Entry-Exit Port
When there is no major epidemic of infectious disease both at home and abroad, the entry or exit passengers are not required to fill in the “Entry/Exit Health Declaration Card”. However, the entry or exit passengers, who show symptoms of fever, vomiting, cough, breathing difficulties or diarrhea, who have been diagnosed with an infectious disease or mental illness, or who carry microorganisms, human tissues, biological products, blood and its products, animals and plants and their products, are required to declare verbally to the quarantine officer of their own initiative. When there is major epidemic or infectious disease both at home and abroad, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China will release an announcement on temporary mandatory inspection and quarantine measures for vehicles and entry or exit passengers as well as their personal belongings. Vehicles from epidemic areas must park at designated locations. Entry or exit passengers must fill in the “Entry/Exit Health Declaration Card” truthfully and pass through the dedicated channel for inspection and quarantine; entry or exit passengers must have their belongings checked through X-ray ma- chines one by one. 2.Notice On Inspection And Quarantine For Entry Passengers
Expats who come to China to settle or stay for more than one year must present a health certificate issued by the designated health and medical institution of the host country's government, or a health certificate issued by the health and medical authority and notarized by a notary public when applying for an entry visa. The health certificate is valid for six months as of the date of issue. Expats suffering from serious mental illness, infectious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases that may cause serious harm to public health are prohibited from entry. 3.Notice On Inspection And Quarantine For Exit Passengers

4.Notice For Carrying Articles Upon Entry And Exit
Entry or exit passengers who carry any of the following articles shall declare to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authority and accept quarantine:
A.Animals and plants, their products and other articles necessary for entry quarantine;
B.Resources of biological species, endangered wildlife and plants and their products for entry or exit;
C.Wild animals and plants under national key protection and their products for exit;
D.Microbes, human tissues, biological products, blood and blood products and other special articles for entry or exit;
E.Corpse and skeletons for entry or exit;
F.The luggage and articles from an epidemic region or polluted by a contagious disease or probably spreading a contagious disease for entry or exit;
G.Other articles that shall be declared and be subject to quarantine at the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authority according to the regulations of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.

Passengers are prohibited from carrying the following articles for entry:
A.Animal and plant pathogens (including strains, viruses, etc.), pests, and other harmful organisms;
B.Animals and plants, animal and plant products, and other quarantine objects related to countries or regions where animal and plant epidemics are prevalent;
C.Animal carcasses;
D.Soil;
E.Any of the articles listed in the Catalogue of the Animals, Animal Products and Other Quarantine Articles Prohibited from Being Carried or Posted into China;
F.Waste materials, radioactive substances and other materials that are prohibited from entry according to China’s laws and regulations.
