The steamed fish head with chop bell pepper is one of the most famous and popular dishes in Hunan cuisine. The dish is bright red in color and delicious in taste. On September 10, 2018 when China Cuisine Association issued a list of classic dishes of China called “Chinese Cuisine”, the steamed fish head with chop bell pepper ranked among “Ten Classic Dishes of Hunan Province”.
