02 Intensify Efforts To Attract Young Talent
(I)Talents from Junior College to Doctoral Level
Individuals invited to participate in talent recruitment activities in our city are eligible for a up transportation and accommodation subsidy up to ¥2000, plus up to 7 days free accommodation and meals.
Free accommodation (up to 60 days) at youth hostels for recent graduates or those graduated within the last two years.
Recipients also have access to employment services.
A living allowance is provided for up to three years with the possibility of a two-year extension to assist with the purchase a home and settlement.
A subsidy covering 50% of actual social security contributions is provided (for flexible employment graduates within two years of graduation)
Full-time Junior College Graduates / Senior Technicians: ¥500 /month
Full-time Undergraduate College Graduates / Technicians: ¥1,000 /month
Master's Degree Graduates / Associate Senior Professionals / Senior Technicians: ¥2,000 /month
Doctoral Degree Graduates / Senior Professionals / Master Technicians: ¥3,000 /month
Talent Housing Voucher
¥80,000: full-time Junior College Graduate / Senior Technician
¥100,000: full-time Undergraduate Degree (including current students) / Technician

Talent Apartments: can be applied for by employers through relevant departments of the county (city, district) where they are located.
(II) Postdoctoral Talent
Incoming Postdoctoral Fellows: ¥5,000 /month living allowance, up to three years.
Postdoctoral Fellows retained upon completion may continue to receive the postdoctoral living allowance.
