Autumn in Chengdu International Music Season Set to Kick off

On September 21, 2025,

the 31st Autumn in Chengdu International Music Season

(hereinafter referred to as Autumn in Chengdu)

will grandly open at Sichuan Culture and Arts Center.

On the evening of September 21, the “When the Hibiscus Blooms” Opening Concert will be held at Sichuan Qunxing Grand Theater. Yu Junjian, a renowned Chinese artist, Dean of the College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts, and Honorary Dean of Harbin Conservatory of Music, will serve as the artistic director and chief producer of the concert.

The 31st Autumn in Chengdu will bring together numerous world-class artists and classic performances, including the 15th Chinese Golden Bell Award for Music and Autumn in Chengdu Featured Performances, Secret Garden 30th Anniversary Concert (a Norwegian national treasure duo), Gautier Capuçon Cello Recital, and the original French musical Roméo & Juliette: Les Enfants de Vérone.

On November 29, Autumn in Chengdu Closing Concert and Jinsha Special Edition will be staged at Dong’an Lake Grand Theater in Chengdu.
