The newly announced policy package includes six key provisions:
Expedited processing of port visa applications for foreign nationals invited by leading incubators to urgently enter Beijing for issues related to business, visits, or working;
Expedited processing of visa applications for foreign students invited to participate in internship programs at these incubators;Replacements with multiple-entry visas for foreign professionals invited by such incubators to engage in business negotiations, research collaborations, or project partnerships;
Streamlined processing of permanent residency applications for the eligible foreign talented individuals employed by leading incubators;
Flexible registrations for individuals who need to enter Hong Kong or Macao SAR for business purposes, including waived quotas on registrants, exemption from tax documentation, and more, along with one-year multiple-entry business endorsements for staff traveling to these regions;
And priority services at Beijing's "Yangfan" (扬帆) entry-exit service windows for incubators' employees, both Chinese and foreign, which offer appointment-free and queue-free options as well as expedited processing services, and allow applicants to submit the applications without providing all the required documents at once.
