2026/2027“The Silk Road Program”Chinese Government Scholarship Ocean University of China

The “Silk Road” Program is funded by the Chinese Government with full scholarships to cultivate leading talents and outstanding skilled personnel for the countries that jointly build the Belt and Road Initiative. Priority support shall be given to talent development in key areas, including green development, digital economy, artificial intelligence, energy, taxation, finance, disaster reduction, and teacher training.
