An Ameriean mayor's first trip to china's Xinjiang

The 8th China-Eurasia Expo concluded in Urumqi not long ago. This year, the United States sent a delegation to participate in the expo for the first time. This is also the first time that a U.S. e-commerce trade representative has come to Xinjiang to discuss business and economic cooperation. Dr. Paul Anthony Courtney, mayor of Barstow, California, said that by participating in the expo, he has gained an in-depth understanding of the true face of Xinjiang, China, and witnessed Xinjiang's positive attitude in foreign trade. "I plan to visit Xinjiang again at the end of September with my wife and daughter!"
