How do foreigners apply for visa extension in China

1.Valid passports or other international travel documents;

2.A completed Foreigner Visa Application Form,and a bareheaded color lD photo((33X48mm)taken recently against a white background (free on-site photography is available);
3.Supporting documents concerning the reason for the visa extension application;
4.Supporting documents concerning other relevant procedures.
