Instructions on Entry-Exit Administration and Registration for Foreigner-Related Entities

Entities subject to registration

All enterprises and public institutions employing or inviting foreigners requiring visas(including residence permits)must complete registration procedures if they have not done so previously.

Entities that have completed registration procedures are not required to re-register, as long as their previous registration has not been canceled.


Required materials
Materials required for registration include:
1.Completed Registration Form for Foreigner-related Entities;
2.Copy of the identification document of the legal representative/person in charge,and acompleted Letter of Commitment on Performance of Duties of Legal Representatives of Foreigner-Related Entities;
3.Copy of the identification document of foreign affairs liaison officer, and a completed Registration Form for Foreign Affairs Liaison Officers of Foreigner-related Entities;
4.The business license or the certificate of status as a legal entity,the registration certificate for private non-enterprise entities,or the qualification certificate of schools,where appropriate(with the originals being verified and copies being submitted for the record):
5.Organization code certificate(with the originals being verified and copies being submitted for the record):
6.Proof of actual office location;
7.Any other materials deemed necessary by the public security authorities.


Place for registration
The registration procedures shall be completed at the exit-entry administration division of the local public security sub-bureau where the actual office is located.

                
This notification shall be interpreted by the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Wuhan Public Security Bureau.
